I feel that I would like to expand a little on my question, as some have
not understood what I was asking.  What I am wondering is if any others
have something that seems to fill up their lymph system, like under the
arms, seemingly under the skin on back side of arm, legs and other
places where our lymph system runs.  Like something swelling it up and
then causing uncomfortableness, aching or pain on backs of arms, legs
groin etc.  Hope this helps and then I will post a summary.
