Hello everyone. This is my first post to the list--I am a recently
diagnosed celiac patient. After reading some of your stories I feel I am
quite lucky. I came to the Gastro with stomach ailments and anemia and he
ordered the tests and we knew within three months that I had Celiac.

Now I am on my way to becoming 100% gluten free. Because my symptoms are
too slight to detect a reaction to specific foods, I am trying to make sure
I don't eat any gluten products. I am searching for a nutritionist to
assist me in this process, but I can't seem to find anyone well versed
enough in celiac to assist me. They can't seem to answer my basic questions
about different food additives.

does anyone have any suggestions or advice for me as I try to set up this
lifestyle? Any help is much appreciated.

Regards,
Dori in NJ
