This is my first time sending a posting, so hope it is ok.

I spoke with Schwann's yesterday and they told me that they cannot
guarantee what is in the mono and dyglicerides in their ice cream and
frozen yogurt, so we can no longer consider it safe to eat.  It may
contain wheat.

Thanks for all of the help that your messages provide to newly diagnosed
celiacs.  It has made the transition to a GF diet much easier for my
husband.
