Hello Fellow Members,
Next Friday we will have 5 guests for dinner, one of whom is on a high
protein/low carbohydrate diet. At first I said," well, that's the way we
eat too", but now I'm worrying about the carbohydrates. Do any of you have
experience with combining a gf diet with a low carb diet? What can I serve
that will give him an option? I plan to have marinated chicken breasts and
a fruit salad and a green salad, but find that I still want to include a
starch. Of course, he can opt not to eat what I serve (we all have
experience with that), but I want to take his needs into consideration too.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Nancy in So. Oregon
