I have been essentially gluten free for almost 3 years. Since diagnosis, I
have gained 30 pounds. It is awful. In October I finally stopped
gaining!!! However, I have not started losing. Starting in October, I now
weight train with a trainer two days a week. I walk and run at least 30
minutes four times a week. Often times I engage in cardio exercise for up
to 50 minutes each time. I do not snack on junk food. I am really working
on limiting the amounts that I eat each time I eat. I am really unhappy
with my weight. I am 5'4" and weigh about 145. If anyone has any
suggestions PLEASE DO TELL!
