    Because of the recommendations on this list, I bought some Cause
You're Special white bread mix. Then, thanks to the helpful people who
sent me instructions on how to use my second-hand bread machine, I
made the most wonderful bread!  I must thank you all. As I told one
fellow list-mate, I couldn't have been happier if it had been wheat
bread!  My first edible sandwich in 3 years. Ah.........

    I also bought some other mixes from the great company  -- pancake,
muffins. Haven't tried the muffins but the pancakes were terrific.
Even my non-CD husband liked them. I'm wondering how many of you would
like to see these things packaged in larger containers (like Bisquik
is for the non-CD world). The little packages (one or two servings)
are okay but I'd love to have a box that will last a while.  What do
you all think?
