3/4 cup health Valley rice crackers, crushed
3 TBSP melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP C&H brown sugar
There is your crust. We also just use this without a crust.
4- 8 OZ Lucerne cream cheese pkgs.
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/4 cup GF flour (whatever you like)
1-15 OZ can pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 DEG. bake crust 10 min. Add pie mixture and bake for
1 hour and 45 min. IF it gets too brown turn heat down and bake longer to
get center done. Top with Cool Whip. Bon appetite'.
