  No.  On my home network, I have some blue and a couple green.  At
my old job, we used yellow for the "internal" network and blue for
"externl"; where I am now, we use blue for internal and DMZ and red
for unprotected.
  The one exception I can think of is that I've never seen a retail
crossover cable (as opposed to one fabricated in-house with a
crimper) that wasn't orange, or a regular Cat5 that was.
