Yes, I have done so,. and I already know that I have
some. But they've never picked up the wheat problem,
and yet whenever i eat wheat i feel pretty sick...

well I have been dairy free for about 8 years, and was
just beginning to realise that i had a problem with
wheat. A friend of mine has CFS, and I was looking for
info on that, when I was led to the PaleoDiet page. It
just makes heaps of sense (I'm a
biologist/evolutionist)
So i've just started, but i'll have to eat up some of
the food that i've still got <grin>
thanks heaps
Heidi
