Also, vary your calories. A series of articles in
MuscleMedia magazine presented a theory that entailed
very restricted calories for 2 weeks alternating with
a normal or slightly higher than normal calorie intake
for 2 weeks. It was claimed to have an "anabolic"
effect and improve fat loss.
