Hi, silla

How can you conclude that the chapter is closed, when the US$21 million from
the chinese Government as a grant is no where to be found. The US $3 million
is seven times bigger than that.

You need to be realist about such issues. Ebou and oppositio leaders claimed
that this money was put in
an account under the name of Jammeh and the Government never explains that and
try to talk about
Ebou's one only.

Now this one (US$3m) is cleared so it is left to go for the US$21 million.
This is why you cannot say the chapter is
closed because both transfes are almost involved in the same scandal.

Any way thanks for letting us know that part of peoples money is recovered.

Happy Ramada and EID in advance
