Add me to the list of folks with DDD. Also osteo of the thoracic spine,
diagnosed at 18 or so. Oh joy. Devil's Claw, a natural anti-inflammatory
helps me, as does elevated doses of Vit C, a natural anti-inflammatory.
Hydrotherapy is good, too.
