All commands should be sent to the mailing list robot address which is
[log in to unmask]
If you don't have a list of the commands, the first one which should be
placed in the body of your message is :
help
To turn off your mail temporarily, issue this command :
set vicug-l nomail
When you return from vacation, reverse this with
set vicug-l mail
Other commands which you may wish to try are
review vicug-l
This gives some info about the list and a directory of the subscribers.
To get a single message per day you might try :
set vicug-l digest
or to only get the headers and pick from these later, issue this:
set vicug-l index
To check your current list settings, use
query vicug-l
and to be removed from the list :
signoff vicug-l
and don't forget the archives are at
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/vicug-l.html
