Why shouldn't drive-up ATMS and fare machines be subject to the same print
access regulations as other machines?  aren't independence and privacy just
as important in this situation?  What if the driver or others in the vehicle
you're traveling in aren't familiar with ATM use?

        Why can't information normally kept from the screen for security purposes,
be read aloud through earphones, as an extra check on transaction
correctness?
