Go to this web page. Download the tool to your desktop. Shutdown your
computer for at least one minute to let the memory drain. Reboot your
computer into safe mood by gently tapping the f8 key when the computer
starts booting up. Keep tapping the f8 key (don't just do it once) until
you get to a menu where one of the options is 'safe mood'. Once you are
in safe mood click on the klez icon on your desktop. Let the tool do
it's thing. It will tell you it is done and what it did. If the virus
was on your system then the tool would have removed it and it will tell
you this. Like I said, I don't think this is his problem. Netscape will
cause the same problems if he is using it but many things can cause the
problem he is having
