Dear Mr. Phillips,

The key to accessibility for your Father is probably software, and not a
specific computer system.  Screen magnification software such as ZoomText,
MAGic, or Lunar will run on virtually any computer that you see at your
local retail outlet.  As with any computer, the more resources the computer
has -- speed, RAM, etc. -- the better off you probably are.

A lot of adaptive tech vendors sell turnkey computer systems that already
have low vision software on them.  If you'd like more information on such
systems, please write me privately.
