I too have a problem with NFB. I have found when a blind
person encounters difficulties the NFB is most happy to be
informed of it.
Usually the blind person is encouraged to stay in touch.
All the while the NFB refuses to get actively involved. If
the resolution is satisfactory the NFB is more than quick to
take credit for the outcome.
