As some may know, I serve on the techwatch committee of the National
Council on Disability, a federal disability policy planning agency. One
can learn more about NCD at http://www.ncd.gov

On Friday, February 26, the committee will hear from representatives from
the International business machines Corporation about recent developments
in access to information technology, particularly the Home Page Reader,
self-voicing kit, and the pending upgrade of Lotus notes. I am interested
in hearing from other vicugs about issues that they feel important to
raise in this discussion or questions that I should ask. I can report
back to the group the responses I receive.
