I noticed that a couple of recent posts I made to this list had what might
be called the "=20" format problem, where this string of characters often
appears at line endings, as well as some other "=" strings in other
places.  I don't recall experiencing this problem personally before and am
puzzled as to the cause.  I used the same, 3.95 version of Pine and, as
with previous posts of tech documents, used the Control-R command to read
in the file from my Unix shell account.

If someone else has figured out the cause , and preferrably, a solution to
this problem, please let us know.  If it's already been explained and I
missed it, I apologize., and request that the info be repeated.
