Actually this idea seems like a reasonable one.

Does anyone know much about the new DVD formats?  I'm under the impression
that it will support something like 8 sound tracks for one video track and
that the idea of putting different translations of the movie is already
being explored if not done on DVD disks.  Under this idea it might be a
perfect place to add audio description.
