I bought a 5L when they first came out, two years ago, maybe three, and it's
been great.

Why would you want to turn it off? It goes to sleep after 15 minutes and the
fact that it's either asleep or on, eliminates the warm up time.

What kind of pare aere you usinng? All purpose copier, laser, inkjet paper? I
tried that when I fist got the printer because it sells for about $3+ a ream.
Gave that up and have been using laser paper, at $4 or 5+ and have not had any
trouble. The only time I get multiple feeds is when I recycle paper, print on
the back of discards.
