For resizing, use Partition Magic. There probably are other tools, but
PM is the best one I know.

As for the swap partition, 32 Mb takes a lot of swap. Take 130 Mb
[32x4=128 + 2 Mb overhead]. I also have 32M and do some heavy
work [image editing, sound composing, CAD, etc.]; this setting works
good for me. And think about adding some more memory chips... The
correctly set swap file is good, but more RAM is better.
