we discuss paleo eating, everything from medical findings to eating
suggestions, experiences, archeological information, anthropology and how it
relates to us now,,we compare web sites for sources of information, books,
etc...

one of the best lists going,,and i subscribe to about a dozen.....there are
experts from all walks of life here, you couldnt financially afford to pay
for the information you can get here for free...stay awhile..i think youll
like it.
