Hi, Jody. Welcome to the list.

Some foods rich in pyridoxine are avocado, bananas, beef liver, eggs, lean
meats, and saltwater fish. Remember that the B vitamins work in concert and
that a deficiency or excess of any one of the B vitamins can cause a
disruption in their synergistic effects. Better to eat a diet rich in all
the B vitamins than to take supplements--especially since most supplements
are derived from non-paleo sources.
