Yes, depending on your climate, if it is very warm, it will turn to liquid,
but at normal room temp it will stay a nice consistency. Once it is liquid,
you can still use it, but I have found it to be messy when it is a liquid.
Others, maybe have not found this to be true. When it gets cooler like room
temp  it will go back to the nice soft semi solid form.
