I do. This is one paleo transgression that I decided to permit
myself soon after starting paleo. The only restriction is that I
use vinegar from paleo sources: red wine vinegar and cider
vinegar. I did this after trying various salad dressings with
lime juice, lemon juice, etc.
My basic dressing is olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic,
and "Zeus", an MSG-free seasoning mixture that I use on lots of
things.
