On an all muscle meat diet you would be deficient in Vitamins A and C
and Calcium (according to the RDAs).

Adding some non-muscle meat (kidney, liver etc) to the diet would address
the vitamin deficiencies. Perhaps a beef broth would address the calcium
issue?
