I will be facing my first major challenge since going paleo.
We have been invited to a pot luck...my DH insists that I
make a chicken salad that is very non-paleo and totally
unconvertible to paleo for us to take. I do know I'll have
access to burgers and probably a veggie tray, so I know
there will be choices. I do plan to eat before we leave home
as a precaution. What will be interesting is the reactions
of the non-paleos at this event. I will probably be the only
paleo there, but I know I can handle the challenge of not
eating "forbidden fruit"!! I plan to observe the woe of the
other people attending and comparing that to their apparent
health....should be interesting!!
