Here in Sydney, at the large fruit and vegie market at Flemmington, I have
discovered a stall that sells freshly squeezed coconut cream. The man is
an
Indian stall holder. I think it caters to the Pacific Islanders? There
must be traditional recipees with these items. Any one know any?

He
presses the coconut freshly (I dont mean on site) - must have some sort of
specialised machine - he said that the temperature never gets above 30
degrees celcius. This would mean that it is still in its raw state. It
produces the best coconut cream at $5 a litre - it is
fresh and contains no preservative. He also sells fresh grated coconut
too. Makes for good easy paleo eating! Next time I go I will ask more
questions!

Any suggestion for more uses of coconut cream and shredded meat? Would
prefer not cooked recipees.
Thanks,
Larelle
