No, I don't train with weights. I do 10 minutes of calisthenics and 12
minutes of areobics nearly every morning.

I ate up to 2 lb. of RAF daily, at the beginning. Now, I eat about a half
of a pound, 4 or 5 days per week. Plus, I eat about 8 or 10 eggs per week.
I don't add fat or oil of any kind.
Eliminating foods which I can't tolerate was also very important for me. I
don't eat citrus fruits, onion family, nightshades, banana, dairy, nuts,
seeds, supplements.
