I do not think it is good to do daily intense exercise. It seems it is a
great way to cause injury. I work out 4x a week. I feel the rest of the
days i get plenty of exercise cleaning house and chasing 3 kids. On the
days i do work out, i do SuperSlow weight training. I love the way it
gives me both cardio and weight training in one. i have been doing this
even before it became popular. I used to play volleyball semipro along
with armature body building, I used SS back then and still do today 2 x a
week and I walk 3 miles the other 2.
