It has a slightly sweet taste, according to my palate.
I would also like to challenge your assertion that sugar can mask the soy
flavour. When I put soymilk on my cereal, no amount of sugar was able to
hide the bad taste. Perhaps you were more fortunate than me in choice of soy
milks.
