Folks,

Well, in retelling the story of the Swiss traveler, I didn't
mean to libel all of the people in the Balkans (which I possibly
did by lack of explanation).  I did mean, by indicating that I
thought "he was right," that we probably should have stayed out
or handled it earlier in a different manner.  But looking back
is frequently a 20/20 view point or seems to be.  Still, since
it was seemingly sport to degrade the American and NATO
intentions and to equate our mistakes with our desires that it
only seemed fitting to give a little in return.  Besides that,
there was a lady getting dissed....
