why it was a NATO, not a US, operation, contrary to the way you characterize
it. ("NATO" does not appear in your analysis.) This among other reasons is
why the "radical" analyses of the Kosovo war are completely unpersuasive to
me: they are an ahistorical Procrustean bed that tortures the facts to fit
its crude materialist analysis.
