Hi Anee,
I would take some calcium and magnesium for this along with vit. c. I would
start with 1000 mg of both the vit. c and calcium and 500 mg of magnesium. If
you need to take more, do so. It won't hurt you to take extra for a few days
or weeks, just not on a regular basis. I did this a lot when I first started
riding. It helps with muscle soreness a lot. Reminds me, I have to take some
tonight. Worked really hard on Tuesday at riding and got a GREAT Rolfing
session today. I feel so LOOSE!!! It's neat!!! All from the bio this week and
the Rolfing today!!!
