That makes me wonder if there are any laws prohibiting the opening and
closing of other peoples curb cocks, what a great practile joke or means of
revenge. I wonder if they make a tupperware container large enogh to store a
curb cock wrench in, or perhaps you could have a custom leather poch made
for it.

Do they come in Handy Homeowner versions, like at Home Depot, or only in
Contractor grade? Can you buy them wholesale? How do you keep your curb cock
openers from getting rusty? Dip them in petroleum jelly? Wrap them in
leather? What was that stuff we were going to spray on Sharpshooters porch
screens? Flood them with Thomson's Waterseal!
Do you need a permit or to be bonded to use them?
