I picked up a book (Temples of Convenience, I think--check on ABEBOOKS.COM)
about 'em, nice pix, too.  There'll always be an England, and with any luck,
they'll hang onto their fixtures: probably wouldn't meet OSHA, ADA, or Euro
standards, but they work in s(h)itu.
