Johnette,

I saw pictures of a couple "in-fill" examples in the new "preservation" I
received yesterday. One is just a pic in the "Letters" section, the other
is in a side bar somewhere.

Ken -

Currently, the lot is one city block that is empty
except for some 19th/early 20th-century buildings
basically lining 2 streets. However, there is one
substantial hole in one of those streetscapes. If the
following rough schematic comes up in an orderly
fashion, it's kind-of like this:

   xxxooooooo
   xx o
   xx o
   o o
   o o
   o o
   xx o
   xx o
   xxx xxxxxx
   xxxxxxxxxx

x's are where buildings are located, o's are empty
lots. (Like many other BP-ers, I don't have ready
access to a scanner!) The center is used as a surface
parking lot.

We are looking for examples of projects where the
buildings have been maintained and/or facades as part of
a larger block-encompassing development (ie. single
building).
