Hi Dr. Mom,

I have Celiac disease and have my 4 children on a gluten free diet. CD is
what led me to this list. I discovered from the celiac list that most
refined foods have gluten added in some form or another and I was ready to
eliminate all refined foods from my diet because of this fact.
When you read the symptoms of celiac disease: www.celiac.com it becomes
clear that most of the known world has at least one symptom of the disorder.

All the best,
Susan
