eliminating most neolithic foods from my diet. Clearer
sinuses, reduced asthma (these two have always been a
problem for me), easier sleeping, clearer thinking,
and surprisingly, a much calmer, more relaxed
demeanor... However, as I increased meat consumption
and reduced grain-milk-bean consumption, I found the
exact opposite to be true. Anyone else?>>
Now that you mention it, I have been much calmer than
I was before. I have been dealing with a very touchy
situation and did not get upset or stressed out as I
would have in the past.
