Adding nuts isn't ok for the purpose, because nuts are very high in
protein, which will change the tryptophan percentage
- or simply add too much amino acids for the purpose.
On the other hand, almonds also are not so bad in the try- part.

The 100g figure i must have taken from a processed form of sesame.
For 150g TRY we need only dry 36g sesame.
I also eat it raw, normally - 36 g might be not so difficult.
More difficult not to eat much other protein with it -
36g sesame may leave one hungry...
I think I've to try the dream and sleep test with 36g sesame now...
