Hello Friends,
Please help. Is there anyone who knows or remembers what real pierogies
taste like and has had success in making a gluten free version? It used
to be a family favorite of ours before my daughter was diagnosed. Since
then we haven't had them and I am beginning to miss this great Polish
dish. I do have regular-flour recipes which I've considered trying but
honestly, I don't have much faith that the texture of the dough will
hold up properly with my gf flour.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
