I was wondering if anyone has used the Potatoe Pancake mix by Carmel-Kosher?
My sister-in-law made dumplings one time that the kids loved but it was a mix
from Germany that she brought home with her after a visit.  I found the
Carmel one at the local Star Market and the ingredients say:
Potatoes(contains sulfites to maintain whiteness), Potatoe starch, salt,
onion, vegetable shortening(partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil).

I do not have quick immediate reactions to gluten so would appreciate knowing
that it hasn't bothered other Celiacs. Thanks, Diane
