Hi!  I spoke with a representative of Lone Star Steakhouse this morning
and they assured me that all of their steaks are cut on the premises of
each restaurant and are not marinated in anything.  They suggested that
when we order, we just ask for the steak to be cooked without seasoning
and it should be fine along with a baked potato and salad with our own
dressing.  They did also mention that their salmon is marinated, so it
may not be safe.  Hope this helps in dining out.
