i made a booboo, and was quickly corrected, thank goodness. first, i
said that mustard *flour* contains gluten, and mustard *powder* was the
gluten free one. i got them reversed. mustard powder is the one *WITH*
gluten, and mustard flour is gf.

then i recieved some emails stating that there are some types of blue
cheese that are synthetically made, and was told that boar's head deli
has a gluten free blue cheese. i know here in california you can get
boar's head products at pw market, not too sure of any other stores,
though, i know safeway and lucky both don't carry them.

anyway, thanks to all who straightened me out and provided me with that
wonderful information:)
