I read a number of messages in archive from people
having other carbohydrate allergies besides celiac:
soy/corn/rice etc.
My question is: are they real allergies, or the
reaction is not immediate, similar to celiac? Is it
possible to prove them by allergy tests?
I'm on a gf diet, but still feel something wrong with
my food and can't figure out what it is. I have a
number of symptoms, but the strangest one: sometimes,
10-15 min. after meal, my underarms
lymph nodes become painful and little swollen
for 3-4 hours.
Thanks for your responses!
