At the Asian market there are some salmon and flying fish eggs. They buy the
eggs in bulk from a can or frozen or something then scoop them onto small
plastic trays for sale, kind of like ground beef trays only smaller. Anyway,
the ingredients are not listed. I am wondering if these eggs would have
additives such as gluten, MSG, or if they would be pure eggs? Or, how could
I find some un contaminated, pure fish roe, with no additives? (Other than
catch it myself!)
