Are you running CleanSweep 4.1 or earlier versions?  If you are it's a
known conflict between apritrap.dll and IE5.0.
Symantec released a patch for it but I don't believe they are supporting
that version any more since they released CleanSweep 2000.
If this is your situation, you may find the file on the Symantec FTP site.
