Tofutti started making soy cheese slices - american, mozz, & garlic just
this year.  I had my local Kroger & hfs order these a month or so ago.
Tastes Good!  They taste almost like the Kraft singles but contain no dairy
including casein.  They are supposed to be coming out with a shredded
version too, but I have not seen it yet.  Also, this cheese melts so it
makes great a grilled cheese & we've used it on top of pizza too.
