We're very busy.

We have infill in our commercial districts and in our residential. For the
commercial, visit <http://www.exploris.org> for some pictures on the web of
this 75,000 sq. ft. museum that just opened in our Moore Square Historic
District...click on the "visit" link for some images during construction.
Doesn't show a lot of context but that's the best I can do.

We also have a residential infill project of 23 lots on a former greenhouse
site in our Oakwood Historic District. It infilled a long block, and added
two traffic courts, so now it is sort of like a 3-block stretch of a street,
plus part of the streetscape of the two flanking streets. I do not have any
web-ready photos, and because I'm very busy (short-staffed right now, and
when you are only a two person staff to begin with, well, you get the
picture) it is very likely to quite some time before I can get any images
scanned.

I think our examples are examples of good infill, but of course, I'm biased.
